Rizzado is an educational digital product for cosmetic hair-care assessment. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how the product stores your progress.
Information we collect
- Email address, first name if provided, and authentication data used to create and validate your account.
- Purchase and access metadata from payment platforms such as Lemon Squeezy, Hotmart, or Whop.
- Diagnostic answers, curl profile, chapter progress, reset progress, and wash logs that are stored in your browser local storage.
- Support messages, refund requests, and any information you choose to send to [email protected].
How we use information
We use information to grant access, authenticate your account, send transactional emails, help with support and refunds, keep audit records for purchases, improve the product, and protect the service from abuse.
Local storage and progress
Rizzado currently stores your in-app progress in your own browser using localStorage. This may include your hair assessment answers, generated profile, chapter progress, reset day, and wash logs. Clearing browser storage, changing devices, or using private browsing may remove local progress.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, email, payments, analytics or support operations. These may include Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, Kit, Lemon Squeezy, Hotmart, Whop, and similar operational providers. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment information
Payment details are handled by third-party checkout providers. Rizzado does not store full credit card numbers. Those providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Hair and health information
Rizzado asks cosmetic and observational questions about your hair behavior and routine. It is not designed to collect medical records or diagnose health conditions. Please do not submit sensitive medical information through support unless necessary for your request.
Rizzado is not medical advice. If you have sudden hair loss, scalp pain, lesions, infection, severe inflammation, or persistent symptoms, consult a qualified medical professional.
Your choices
You can contact [email protected] to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account-related information where legally and operationally possible. You can clear local product progress from your browser storage at any time.
