Rizzado is a digital educational product for wavy, curly, and coily hair. We collect only the information needed to provide purchase access, authentication, product support, and your in-browser product experience.
Information we collect
- Email address and account authentication data used to create and validate your access.
- Purchase metadata from payment platforms such as Lemon Squeezy, Hotmart, or Whop.
- Diagnostic answers, curl profile, chapter progress, reset progress, and wash logs stored locally in your browser storage.
- Support messages you send to [email protected].
How we use it
We use this information to grant access, help you log in, send transactional access emails, provide support, improve the product, and maintain basic purchase/audit records. We do not sell your personal information.
Local storage
Rizzado currently stores product progress in your browser using localStorage. This includes diagnostic answers, generated profile data, chapter progress, reset day, and wash logs. Clearing browser storage may remove that progress.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party merchant platforms. Rizzado does not store your full card details. Payment processors may collect and process payment data under their own privacy policies.
