By accessing or using Rizzado, you agree to these terms. Rizzado is a premium digital product that helps users understand curly hair behavior, cosmetic routine variables, and educational hair-care concepts.
Access and account
Your purchase grants personal access to the Rizzado web app, including the assessment, curl profile, chapter reader, 7-Day Curl Reset, wash tracker, troubleshooting engine, and educational chapters. Access is intended for one purchaser and may not be shared publicly, resold, scraped, copied, or redistributed.
Educational use only
Rizzado provides educational and cosmetic hair-care guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. It does not replace a dermatologist, trichologist, physician, or licensed medical professional.
If you experience sudden hair loss, scalp pain, infection, lesions, severe inflammation, or persistent symptoms, seek medical care. Product suggestions and routine guidance are not medical treatment.
No guaranteed result
Hair-care outcomes depend on many factors, including hair history, products used, water quality, climate, technique, and health context. Rizzado is designed to help you make more informed routine decisions, but it cannot guarantee a specific cosmetic result.
Digital content and availability
Access begins after purchase and account setup. We aim to keep the web app available, but temporary interruptions may occur due to hosting, authentication, payment, email, or maintenance providers.
Intellectual property
All text, design, tools, diagrams, interfaces, and educational materials in Rizzado are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use them for personal learning, but you may not copy, republish, sell, distribute, or create derivative products from them without written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or share paid content publicly.
- Do not use automated scraping, bulk copying, or content extraction tools.
- Do not use the product to make medical claims or provide medical advice to others.
- Do not interfere with the security or availability of the service.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds may revoke product access.
