Rizzado is a digital product, but it should feel useful, specific, and functional. If it does not, you can request a refund within 15 days of purchase.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 15 days from the purchase date. Email [email protected] with the email used at checkout, the payment platform, and a short note about the issue.
When refunds apply
- You purchased access but cannot log in after contacting support.
- You completed the assessment and the product did not provide useful, specific guidance for your hair.
- You purchased by mistake and contact us within the refund window.
- A technical issue prevents access and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
What refunds do not guarantee
Refund eligibility is not based on a promised cosmetic outcome. Rizzado helps you understand hair-care variables and make better routine decisions, but it cannot guarantee definition, growth, frizz removal, or a specific result.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment platform. Timing may depend on Lemon Squeezy, Hotmart, Whop, your card issuer, or your local payment method. Product access may be revoked after a refund is approved.
Abuse and duplicate requests
We may decline repeated, fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith refund requests, including attempts to obtain and redistribute the product without payment.
