Rizzado is a digital product. Still, the product should feel useful and specific. If it does not, you can request a refund within 15 days of purchase.

You may request a refund within 15 days from the purchase date. Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and the platform where you purchased.
When refunds apply
- You purchased access but cannot log in after contacting support.
- You completed the diagnostic and the product did not provide useful, specific guidance for your hair.
- You purchased by mistake and contact us within the refund window.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment platform. Timing may depend on Lemon Squeezy, Hotmart, Whop, your card issuer, or your local payment method.
